  • 531 financing transactions completed with total capital raised of $12.5B (median amount raised of $8.0M)
  • Securonix’s $1.0B PE Growth raise, 1Password’s $620M Series C, Fireblocks’ $550M Series E, and Sonar’s $412M PE Growth raise led all financing activity for the first half of 2022
  • 78% of total financing deal volume was Series B and above
  • The most active sectors for financings in the first half of 2022 included: Risk & Compliance (105), Data Security (85), and Identity & Access Management (54)
