- 22 M&A deals were announced with disclosed values of $124M (median disclosed value of $62M)
- The acquisitions of OneWelcome by Thales, Curricula by Huntress, and HUMAN Security’s merger with PerimeterX led M&A activity in July
- The most active sectors for M&A this month were: Security Consulting & Services (4), Risk & Compliance (4), and MSSP (4)
- 54 financing transactions completed with total capital raised of $1.1B (median amount raised of $7.5M)
- Coalition’s $250M Series F, Acronis’s $250M Series E, and Bishop Fox’s $75M Series B led all financing activity in July
- The most active sectors for financings this month included: Risk & Compliance (11), Data Security (9), and Identity & Access Management (6)
