- On November 17, 2020, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of EagleDream Technologies ("EagleDream"), a leading cloud-native transformation company and Premier Consulting Partner in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN)
- EagleDream was founded in 2013 by Bob Moore and is headquartered in Fairport, New York (Rochester area). Prior to the acquisition, EagleDream had raised $5.7 million in Series A funding in May 2017
- EagleDream is a unique, full-stack cloud transformation company with advanced cloud and application modernization services and other complementary core capabilities. Together, this full stack offers user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design; cloud adoption; application modernization; development, security and operations; data transformation; managed cloud services; and digital differentiation
- Among the highly skilled cloud professionals at EagleDream joining through the acquisition, PwC welcomed approximately 100 employees transitioning to PwC's U.S. Advisory business, including multiple APN Ambassadors. APN Ambassadors are highly qualified technical individuals who work for an APN Consulting Partner
